Common questions

Why didn't my reminder go off?

Make sure notifications are enabled for ReminderOS in your iPhone Settings. If your phone was in Do Not Disturb mode or low power mode, some notifications may be delayed or suppressed by iOS.

My reminders aren't syncing across devices.

ReminderOS uses iCloud to sync your reminders. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on both devices and that iCloud is enabled in Settings -> [your name] -> iCloud.

What calendar permission does ReminderOS need for Calendar sync?

ReminderOS currently requests full calendar access so you can pick a destination calendar and so the app can create, update, and remove synced events linked to your reminders.

How do I turn off Calendar sync or revoke calendar access?

Turn off Calendar sync in ReminderOS Settings -> Calendars. You can also revoke permission in iOS at Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Calendars -> ReminderOS.

I turned off Calendar sync. Why are old calendar events still there?

Turning off Calendar sync stops new updates from ReminderOS, but existing synced events may remain in your calendar until you remove them in your calendar app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store, tap your profile picture, go to Subscriptions, and find ReminderOS. You can cancel from there. You'll retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but Pro isn't unlocked.

Try tapping Restore Purchases in the app settings. If the issue persists, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find your ReminderOS purchase, and submit a refund request.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at paul@launchtoday.dev with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we'll permanently delete your account within 30 days. Note that reminder data stored in your iCloud must be cleared separately from your device settings.
